RI Scrapbook--The Daily Scoop

The Daily Scoop is deliciously good ice cream and very calorie worthy of a daily dose! It opens its doors for the season on April 1st. What a special day! You see, "mom and pop" ice cream places in Rhode Island close for winter. I guess snow and ice cream don't mix!
I miss them already! My favorite flavor was peppermint stick, but I also thoroughly enjoyed the following flavors: apple pie, black raspberry chip, caramel swirl, caramel cashew turtle, butter pecan, chocolate chip, chocolate fudge brownie, cookie dough, cookies and cream, Kahlua fudge brownie, mint chip, mint Oreo, mocha chip, strawberry, wild Maine blueberry, and coffee heath bar crunch.
