Greenbelt Hiking

We went hiking on the Barton Creek Greenbelt the first weekend in June. It happened to be the weekend that the trail opened up after the intense Memorial Day flooding. We intentionally picked an area with wide trails.

The water in the creek was so high that people were tubing! There are so many times we have been here when the creek bed is dry. In fact, we had family pictures taken here, in the dry creek bed, 2 years ago!

Horsetooth Reservoir

On our last day in Colorado, we took a quick trip up to Horsetooth Reservoir. We couldn't leave Fort Collins without showing Lil' Bro! We made it just in between some rainstorms!

Lil' Bro was not very into picture taking. He really wanted to just run around...which was not really a good idea!

Colorado Hiking

On our trip to Colorado last month, we did a little hiking at the CSU Environmental Learning Center along the Poudre River. The river was so full, and it was a beautiful day!

Lil' Bro is ONE! How did that happen? We had a Monster birthday party the weekend before his birthday.

On Lil' Bro's actual birthday, we got up at 4:00 am to fly to Colorado for Aunt Audrey's graduation from Physical Therapy grad school. What an exciting birthday day!

After arriving in Denver, we scooted over to Audrey's parents house where they had a little construction-themed brunch ready for us!
