After graduation, we needed some time with nature. Well, while I enjoy nature, I don't think I really ever "need" it like my hubby...but graduation was all about him. So the family drove up to Franconia Notch State Park in New Hampshire. Here are some pics of our 7 minute tram-ride up to the top of Cannon Mountain and our 1/2 mile hike to the observation tower.

You could see pretty far from the top of the mountains: Canada, New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine.
