Dallas

We took our first road trip to Dallas as a family of six the first weekend in June. Tiny Bro was only 5 weeks old. We left on Thursday morning and arrived in dowtown Dallas early afternoon. We made a stop at the Perot Museum for some science fun!
Then we headed to my brother Logan's house. We enjoyed hanging out, eating pizza, watching movies, playing with dogs and cousin bonding.
Friday morning, the boys woke up with the sun. Once we made it out of the house, we headed to a nearby park. The boys played on the playground. Then we went for a walk on the trail. The trail went through a patch of trees the boys called a "forest" and enjoyed exploring. Then we walked by a pond and chase some ducks. We met Logan and Cousin A for lunch. Some more fun cousin bonding ensued. Then we went to visit my Aunt Jerry and Uncle Bob and have a lovely dinner.
Saturday morning we took Cousin A to the Dallas Zoo. Penguins, lions, hippos, gorillas, giraffes, elephants, what fun! We arrived as early as possible so we could beat the heat.
My mom and Uncle Chris came over to visit. More fun, cousin bonding and playing with puppies.
Sunday morning we met David and Brenna for breakfast a fun walk around the Arboretum.
It was a great trip filled with fun adventures (and great use of our reciprocal memberships) and family!
