Happy New Year!

How did we spend our last New Year's Eve sans child? Breakfast and then a random shopping trip to Crate and Barrel and The Container Store. Nicholas got a flat tire on the way home from his parents house and this encountered issues with changing it. By the time everything was worked out, we decided to just stay in and watch TV all night. Happy New Years!
We did enjoy a lovely Texas New Years brunch at our friends the Robertson's house on New Years Day. I call it a Texas brunch because only in Texas do you pair blueberry waffles with ribs and sausage. Yum! Since the Robertson's don't live anywhere near us, but do live just down the street from IKEA, we had to stop in at our favorite Swedish superstore to pick up some stuff for the baby's room.
