Hartmann Foundation Concerts in the Park

Sunday night we went to the Long Center for the Hartmann Foundation Concert in the Park. It was strings night. This was our first concert this year, and the weather was great. It was overcast and the temperature was pleasant for late June!

Father's Day Weekend

Nicholas enjoyed lots of Daddy time for Father's Day weekend. He did some bonding with Lil' Bro...

and Big Bro.

He opened some special presents made by special little hands!

And got a really cool pizza oven for the grill.

We enjoyed some Saturday breakfast/playground time...

and then made pizza in the new oven!

State Park Adventures

Last weekend we visited some state parks. On Sunday, we visited McKinney Falls State Park...Lil' Bro's first State Park!

Daddy and Big Bro had fun playing in the water.

On Monday, we went to Pedernales Falls State Park. Daddy and Big Bro went swimming while Mommy and Lil' Bro relaxed in the shade.

Ricky Guerrero Park SplashPad

Friday we visited the Ricky Guerrero Park Splash Pad, and it did not disappoint. I was not sure how Big Bro would like it because sometimes his is fickle about getting wet with sprinklers (though he loves swimming), but he had a blast! Thankfully I had just bought him a swim hat. The splash pad was completely in shade and filled with an abundance of water fun! We will definitely be frequenting this spot all summer!

A's Birthday Party

Last Sunday we helped A celebrate her 2nd birthday at Gymboree. Big Bro had a great time playing and having fun with all his friends.
