Dallas Arboretum

We visited the Dallas Arboretum before heading back to Austin. We love walking around the Arboretum, and enjoyed getting the chance to see the Dale Chihuly exhibit before it left at the end of the year. Lil' D looks cute next to glass objects.

A special surprise, Vixen was hanging out near the exit as we were leaving. We saw Vixen last year when we visited the Arboretum in December. Possibly a new Christmas tradition?!?!

Dallas Christmas Visit

We traveled to Dallas the weekend before Christmas to spend time with my family.

Sibling Gift Exchange

A few years ago, we started doing a sibling gift exchange, white elephant. It has worked out well for us, allows friends that are like family to jump in and play, and keeps us focused on gift buying for cute little kids. 

Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots was the family friendly hit of the evening!
