I mentioned that while we were in Minnesota that the adults talked non-stop. There was still plenty of time for adorable twins! We attended 3 Halloween events. Friday night we went to a Halloween carnival at church. We escorted a princess and her knight-in-shining armor. After fun games (but not so many prizes) we enjoyed a little dancing at the end of Oktoberfest in the multi-purpose room. Mini-Liz learned how to "roll it on the river."Mini-Nick was enthralled with the band!
Saturday morning, we went to a preschool Halloween carnival. There was a prize at the end of every game! Fishing for candy was the easiest.
Nicholas was jealous he didn't have a costume.
No Halloween event would be complete without a pit stop to enjoy some of the loot.
I swear it was below 32 Halloween night and WINDY! So the winter coats went under the costume. Mini-Liz found the perfect place to trick-or-treat (inside the house at the candy bowl)!
Trick-or-treating lasted about 25 minutes outside. The twins were very polite, saying thank you and Happy Halloween whenever someone gave them goodies. Nicholas stayed home handing out candy and drawing a picture of a dragon for mini-Nick to slay.
