Kathryn's Texas State Graduation

On December 15th, we had the pleasure of celebrating Kathryn Turman's graduation from Texas State. We were late but made it just time to see her walk across the stage!

Family Advent Camp

The first weekend of December we attended Family Advent Camp with 11 other families from our church. It was our 3rd time to attend camp! We arrived Friday night in time for the evening festivities. The boys worked on making some stained glass pieces for gingerbread houses the next day. Then we enjoyed an evening campfire devotion before bed. Bedtime the first night was rough, but we all managed to survive.

Saturday morning we had breakfast. Camp food is delicious! Baby Bro tried oatmeal for the first time. We took the group and family pictures before heading to Bible study. We had so much fun on Saturday! We put together gingerbread houses, did a little fishing, decorated gingerbread houses (while eating LOTS of candy), and archery!

Mid-afternoon we enjoyed the hike to the big cross. After the hike, we squeezed in kayaking and rock climbing.

Sunday morning Mommy and Lil' Bro made some Christmas ornaments before brunch and Bible study.
